After we acquire a practice, we match the right associate to the team and office, allowing them to go through a customized 5-year associate to ownership program.

Our Rexcellence Training Program

Through our Rexcellence Training Program, clinical staff who are true masters of their craft go to our newly acquired practices to help train their staff. Our philosophy is to make sure that all patients receive top-tier care from teams that treat them like family, and our executive clinical staff are able to set everyone up for clear success. Staffed with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk associates, these experts serve as an invaluable point of contact for your team to provide ongoing support so they can be the best they can be!
