What Type of Experience & Education Do You Have?
I have worked in the dental field for over 25 years, starting my career as a hygiene assistant and front desk scheduling coordinator before quickly advancing to insurance financial coordinator, so I am experienced in the clinical, financing, and leadership aspects of dental practices. Throughout my career, I have honed my understanding of the complexities of the dental field and practice financing and have experience managing accounts receivable, insurances, office operations, hiring, and staff training. I have also owned my own business, where I oversaw private financial governance.
What Made You Enter the Dental Field?
When I initially entered the dental field, I was looking for an opportunity to showcase my organizational skills. I quickly discovered a passion for dentistry and the intricacies of the industry, and I appreciate the patient care aspect as well. I found that I truly thrived in this field.
What Do you do outside of the dental office?
Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends. I value great music, entertainment, and a wonderful atmosphere, finding joy in moments of relaxation and peaceful living.
